Week 4: the children have been loving their music and computing crossover. The have been using music software to create their own songs.
Week 3 - we excavated fossils this week discussing what we could learn about the creature that had left the remains. We really felt like palaeontologists!
World Book Day - we dressed up as our favourite characters and took part in a range of book themed activities. In the afternoon, we read our scary Alma stories to Year 5 in the dark by torchlight - oooooohhhhh creepy!
In week 2, we used globes in our geography lesson to find locations around the world. In science, we learned all about fossils and what they can tell us about the past. We created our own fossil remains in clay thinking about what the animal would leave behind.
This week we went over to Year 3 and they read us their written work. We listened carefully and gave them positive feedback.
