Choir Events Summer Term 2025
Wednesday 2nd July 2025- Notley Cluster of Schools summer concert
We will be singing a selection of songs with children from other local schools.
This event will be held here at White Court during school hours so all children can attend. Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, adults will not be able to attend on this occasion.
Tuesday 8th July 2025 – Performance to parents
You are all invited to come and listen to us perform at the end of our final choir session. Please arrive by 4pm as we will start promptly.
Saturday 12th July 2025- Notley Summer Fete
We have been invited to sing during the afternoon at this village event again this year. As this is out of school time, children will need to be accompanied by an adult as we cannot be responsible for any child left unsupervised. More details and timings will be sent out nearer the time.

CHRISTMAS 2024
Choir have had a busy week. On Saturday, they braved the weather and sang at the Notley WI Carols and Crafts event, accompanied by Bocking brass band. On Tuesday morning, they went carol singing outside Tesco to entertain the shoppers! The singing was amazing and we all enjoyed the donuts at the end. Well done choir- Miss Lomas and Mrs Rodriguez are very proud of you. Thank you to the parents for their support too.

Christmas Tree Decorations
Choir made these lovely decorations today. They are for us to take on Saturday to hang on the tree on the green before we sing.

Summer Concert June 2025
This term we have worked really hard learning songs for our ‘What a Wonderful World’ concert.
We will be singing them at a concert with other local songs next week and today we entertained our parents and teachers with an amazing performance.

Choir at Christmas!
Choir have had a busy week this week!
On Monday we entertained the residents of Longmead Nursing Home and on Tuesday morning the shoppers at Tesco enjoyed our singing.
At both event choir sang beautifully and we were really proud of their brilliant behaviour. Several members of the public commented on how amazing they were and we raised £45.50 for Farleigh Hospice.

Choir club is now up and running for the year.
We are very excited about a range of performing opportunities that we have coming up this term.

We have lots of exciting upcoming events in choir this year!
On 26th November Choir will be singing carols at the start of our school Christmas Fate to welcome everyone into the fate. We will be singing a range of Christmas carols and the children are invited to wear festive accessories and will then be able to enjoy time exploring the fate.
We are very excited to be invited to sing carols outside of our local Tesco's Store. We will be raising money for Breast Cancer. Once again we will be singing a range of Christmas carols and the children are invited to wear festive accessories and they will all get a special treat at the end.
On 13th January the Choir will be performing at the 02 Arena as part of the Young Voices Concert with thousands of children from other schools. We have been spending lots of time practicing the songs and if you visit the Young voices website, head to the Children's Music Room then enter the code YV2021.
