In June 24, we took some of the Key Stage 2 children to the Tate Modern in London. We spent the day exploring the museum and looking at the different pieces of art. The children enjoyed discussing the art works, thinking about how it made them feel and thinking about why the artist had created the piece.

The children were also very excited to see the Globe Theatre as they had been learning about Shakespeare at school.
