Week 5- This week in Science the children have been predicting if objects will float and sink in water. We then tested this and have used our results to discuss why this might have happened.
Week 4- This week in PE the children have been learning how to pass and catch a ball. The children learnt how to correctly do a chest and a bounce pass. They were so engaged which was brilliant to see!
Week 3- The children have enjoyed their Art work this week. We focused on spiral art using oil pastels to experiment how we could present these. They looked amazing! In RE the children have been learning about Ramadan and they had to design their own special meal. Well done Tigers.
Week 2- This week during PE the children focused on attacking and defending games. The children also learnt the skill of dribbling with a football.
Week 1: The children enjoyed their Science lesson learning about different every day materials such as, plastic, wood, metal and fabric. We used a feely bag to describe different materials using our senses. In PE this week the children have been learning about the difference of attackers and defenders when playing sporting games. Well done for a great first week back Tigers. The children really enjoyed DEAR time, where they could read a story where ever they wanted in the classroom, lots of the children chose under the tables which they loved.
