Art - 13.10.25
In Art, we have been looking at different illustrators. We have been illustrating our own concertina books based on the poem the Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll. We used lots of different media such as pastels, charcoal, ink and water colours.

30.9.25 - Geography
In Geography, we have been looking at human and physical features that can be found in Europe. We worked in groups to sort the landmarks into human features and physical features.
Computing - 22.9.25
In computing, we looked at touch typing. We practised finding the keys in the home row without looking. CLICK HERE to practise at home.
19.9.25 - Science
As part of our unit on States of Matter, we looked at melting points. We melted different solids to see what temperature they were when they melted. We melted dark chocolate, coconut oil, gummy bears, butter, and chedder cheese. Coconut oil had the lowest melting point.
17.9.25 - Music
We have been recapping B A G on the recorder and playing Hot Cross Buns. Practise playing along (remember LEFT hand at the top!)
12.9.25 - P.S.H.E.
Today we celebrated World First Aid Day. The theme this year was 'First Aid in Climate Change'. Mrs Armstrong lead the assembly and explain how to deal with conditions such as heat stroke, sun burn, and dehydration. In class, we role played how to deal with an asthma attack, broken bones, burns and head injuries.
Monday 8th September - P.E.
Pupils are enjoying their first lesson of 'Fundementals'. Today focussed on using core strength and balance.
