We are looking at Chinese New Year this week in Literacy! Did you know there is a special Chinese New Year Zodiac Wheel that tells you what animal you are?


Find out the year you were born. Looking carefully on the wheel can you find out what animal you are?

Draw your animal on a piece of paper.

Can you carefully write the name of your animal underneath?

Activity: Can you make your own Chinese Hat ready for your Chinese Banquet on Friday? Watch the last video for a tutorial on how to make the hat- you will need some card, a ruler, a pen and something to decorate your hat with!
